Before bringing organization into homes, I spent years working in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, where organization wasn't simply about making a space look good—it was about creating systems that worked.

My professional background taught me to approach organization through Lean Principles, Operational Excellence, visual management, standardization and process improvement. These methods are traditionally used to reduce waste, improve efficiency, simplify processes, and create sustainable systems. Today, I bring that same mindset into the home.

I look beyond the clutter to understand why a space isn't working for your family. Then, I create simple, intentional systems designed around the way you actually live.

That might mean creating pantry zones that make inventory easy to see, a Kanban-inspired restocking system so household essentials don't run out, or a family drop zone that makes busy mornings easier.

My goal isn't perfection or a home that only looks beautiful in pictures. It's to create peaceful, functional spaces and sustainable systems that make everyday life easier.
